This is to inform you that i have talked to Lenda Cruz of MAGIMPOK Department of SSS Quezon City. She saw the MC that BDO sent back. She checked on the burial claim of my brother Jaime O. Mipana (SSS# 03-2243811-4) and she saw that you have not stopped the deceaseds' pension. That's why until now the pension is being sent to his account. Though his account at BDO is already closed, the pension is still floating. I thought that since we brought the documents to your branch it had been stopped. Lenda Cruz saw that 2 months were still sent to BDO. No wonder they have not processed or sent the docs to your branch. She also said that you will have to email them and request clearance.
