hirap talaga mag call. pick up date ko ngayon kaya hindi ko pinadeliver kasi much cheaper kung ako kukuha at malapit lang ako megamall. 20 pesos lang gagastusin ko pero kung hindi naman pala sila matawagan at papabalikin rin nila ako waste of money and time..

ReplyDeleteTwo days delayed ang passport ko as of today...ang lbc wala din magawa..nagbigay cla ng assurance sa pagdeliver ng passport mo on time kaso wala eh..mga dfa sa sm megamall wag kayong magbigay ng releasing date kung hindi nio nmn magawa..mga phonenumbers nio ayusin, hindi mmakontak.asa Pilipinas talaga tayo walang pinagbago...
ReplyDeleteI agree on all the comments above! For those who are planning to get passport at DFA Mega Mall I suggest do not pay for Rush and Delivery. It was so disappointing, too much delay and even the contact numbers nobody's answering. On top of the inconvenience caused to us the personnel/staff (door 5) at the counter did not show any concern or care that we paid for rush and delivery. I am still the one who went to Mega to follow up and get my Passport. So now what will happen to the Delivery payment and rush payment??? Hope they will do something on this...

Nag search ako at same experience.. Tumawag ako sa hotline 7371000, for other concerns call 556 0000, may sumagot agad at mabait sya at sinabi nyang yan ang number nila pero iba ang number ng Releasing ng Megamall, 2345062.. 10am ako sakto tumawag, may sumagot! ready na for pick up, buti naman!

I told the girl na feb5 pa pero kinuha nya lng number ko and she just told me that she'll call me in 10mins once she confirmed it's ok it was 3pm at umabot ng 4 wala ko nkuhang tawag. Tinawagan ko ulit wala sumagot. Paasa!

ReplyDeleteI was positive that my son's passport will be released on time (March 19) because I never experienced any delays before when I renewed my passport at DFA Aseana. However, after reading all the comments here I now fear that the passport will not be released on time and he won't be able to fly with us to HK on March 22 :(

ReplyDeleteI was also scheduled today April 30, 2014 for releasing. I paid for 1200.00 for rush, but still ang sabi April 30..so I said ok lang kasi Holy Week pala. When I got there sabi sa akin wala pa ang Passport ko. My GOD ano pa at nagbayad ako ng rush kung after April 30 I have to wait again for 8 working days more! Ang saya di ba?

ReplyDeletethey scheduled the date for the releasing of passport, but then, you will still need to txt them first before you go to the releasing date of claiming your passport and they will reply; sir not yet available. Maybe on Monday. what kind of sytem that they have!! Umaabsent aq sa work just because of claiming that passport!!

ReplyDeleteOMG, after reading people'scomments, I'm really bothered by this. From 2013 up to now wlang pinagbago yung service. Peste yung nakausap ko sa dfa na lalake jan sa megamall yung nsa number 2. Sa araw araw n ginwa ng diyos yun lang ang ginwa nya tpos hindi p ako makakuha ng mgndang sagot dhil bird brain sya. simple question lang daming paligoy ligoy. at eto pa ang WORST CASE SCENARIO, mas knowledgeable pa yung encoder na pinagtanungan ko keysa sa DFA officer kuno. na impressed ako sa encoder dhil nsagot nya lahat ng tanung ko. I told her na kung merong commen box dun ilalagay ko yung name nya para ma promote sya at si bugok na DFA officer kuno ehh mag encode kasi bagay naman sa kanya dhil pul-pol ang utak nya. Kpag hndi ko natanggap passport ko on time, ipapa Tulfo at Rey Langit (NYERK) ko yang DFA Megamall n yan.

Anu meron pamamalakad ang gngwa nio? Wag kayong mglalagay sa resibo ng date pra hndi kmi nag eexpect at wg kayo mglalagay ng rush kung isang taon nio pa balak ibigay, nakaka disappoint lang kayo, tinatwgan nmin ung office nio wlang sumasagot bakit ayaw nio na matanong kayo? ngtrabaho pa kayo jan kung ayaw nio sumagot sa mga calls. kaya hndi umuunlad ang pilipinas dahil s sistema nio!

ReplyDeleteMay sasagot na DFA Megamall dito: (02) 2342478. The rest of the contact numbers... wala. I was supposed to claim on August 20-27. Tumawag ako today, Aug 20, at ang sabi nakaready na daw ung passport ko for pick-up.
ReplyDeleteCeline ung name ng sumagot. Pinaghintay niya ko ng i think more than 5 mins habang hinahanap niya ung passport ko. Kala ko di na nya ko babalikan e, ipopost ko narin sana dito. Pero binalikan naman nya at sinabing ready na. So sakin eh faith in DFA restored. :)
For those who can only come at weekends: Sarado DFA Megamall on Sundays and holidays. Kapag Saturday, 10am to 5pm lang pwede magclaim.
Tip lang sa first time pupunta. Be humble and patient. Maintain a smile, keep your voice down low, and speak slowly but audibly. When we smile we are able to communicate openness and warmth. Iwas stress lang.
At please, magdala na kayo ng ATLEAST TWO photocopies of your government-issued ID, birth certificate, marriage certificate, LAHAT ng documents na ippresent niyo. May photocopier naman sa office nila. But believe me when I say this: Kayo rin ang mahahassle kapag sa DFA niyo pa ito ginawa. DO NOT TRUST people who tell you there are transactions to be paid if there is no written receipt for it. Fixers and swindlers.
Please continue to share your experiences here. May kakilala ako sa DFA Megamall at, yeah marami ngang mali sa sistema nila, pero your criticisms and good thoughts are well absorbed and given solution for as much as they can. Ung gobyerno.. wala e given nang palpak yan. But you know what?
Wala sa sistema ang pagbabago. Nasa puso ng bawat tao. :)
I did get a live person via (02) 2342478! Thanks @ AnonymousAugust 19, 2014 at 11:20 PM! My passport's availability date is August 20th, delivery between 20-29, but it's available now for pickup according to the girl I spoke to. Although I paid for delivery.
ReplyDeleteShe wasn't able to give me a definite answer if my passport was included in today's batch that's been forwarded to LBC but she took note of my numbers and said she'd contact me once she's checked. She was very nice. I hope she gets back to me. I've also sent A follow up text to LBC.

ReplyDelete1st wk of July at sabi smin ay bumalik kmi ng end of the month, sabi bumalik na lang ng August 11, ngunit wala parin, then on August 18 wala parin at sabi tumawag na lang kami sa Tel no.570-3231 pero napudpod na daliri ko pero walang sumasgot, by the way mga Senior Citizen na kmi at hirap na kaming magpabalik balik sa DFA megamall.

The woman who answered was very professional and told me my passport is ready for pickup from 8am til 6pm on weekdays.

Time -2:44pm at DFA-SM MEGA MALL but until now i did not received my passport then i
payed already amounting of 1200php for delivery but until now there is no passport on my
hand,and we are always calling their respective office but they are not answering the call
even in office hours, if you would see there below their is a date written in red ball pen (Oct 31 to Nov 7) pertaining to a date you will received but the span of that date i did not see any passport .
Please take an action of this grievance for the betterment of the client that applying for passport.

DeleteRush and then papadeliver ang sa akin... Kaya lang higit kalahating buwan na mula sa designated date na dapat dadating sa'kin ang passport. Tumawag ako sa hotline, walang matinong sagot kung bakit delayed... Pinapabalik na lang ako sa DFA para ako daw mismo magfollow-up.. What the F"... Kaya nga nagbayad for delivery para hindi na bumalik...

ReplyDeleteGrabe ang dami palang complaints sa DFA Megamall. If I only knew. Yung passport ng pamangkin ko dapat narelease na nung November 27 hanggang ngayon ala pa rin, pina express ko pa. January 3 na alis niya. Hindi pa kami nakakakuha ng visa. Sakit sa ulo!

ReplyDeleteI renewed my passport Feb 4, 2015 and it was for rush. I was advised it will take 8 day to be delivers 7 day to process plus one day for delivery. On the 8 I stayed awake whole morning ( I work at night) just to make sure that I can get my passport from the delivery man but it was no show. Nakakainis lang when you stayed awake for nothing tapos nabayad ka naman wala din naman palang difference and knowing pag pinuntahan ko yung DFA sa megamall walang refund delivery!!!

I recently made an appointment schedule today and was successful sa site, but there was no email notification sent para maconfirm ko yung schedule ko. I tried to refresh my email several times but no DFA link found. I made an NDD call to (02)5703230 pero not yet assigned daw. Please help DFA management people. Yung time na inischedule ko is closed na for me but walang email notification na sinend sa akin.
