    Dear Sir/Madam

    My wife Mrs Liezl Santilana Jarvis has recently made the very long , tiring and expensive journey from Siargao Island to the DFA Office in Butuan to renew her Passport .

    After completing all of the necessary forms and fulfilling the requirements she has now been told that she now has to attend the GCP ..

    As neither of us intends to leave the Philippines to live in my home Country (UK) or any other Country can you please tell me if she needs to still obtain a GCP . My wife merely wishes to renew her Passport as we very occasionally make a short vacation to visit Friends in Thailand .

    We have a business on Siargao Island and have NO intentions of going to live somewhere else . How can MY Wife fulfill the requirements of the GCP if she is not going to obtain a VISA to go and live in another Country .

    At present my Visa status is Balikbayan and I will soon with the help of my wife be applying for 13A visa , which is a residence Visa and requires me to stay in the Philippines for 1 year on a probationary period .

    hi maam
    our passport is ready to claim na, tapos nakumpleto na namin yung nasa affidavit na requirements including yong invitation para sa contest na pupuntahan namin,, pero sad to say hindi matutuloy yong contest namin canceled ang invitation at dswd clearance ,, so any other requirements how to claim our passport maam? tapos wala pang passport either mom or dad ko..paano po namin makukuha ung passport namin? I REALLY NEED YOUR IMMEDIATE REPLY, THANK YOU.

    I have 2 daughters staying in Surigao del Norte. I am currently here in Malaysia. I would like to apply their passport. Is it possible that my blood Auntie will guide them for their application and releasing? What or is there any documents that I need to produce for their applications? Please need your URGENT reply.

    Good day po ! Mangutana ra tana ako about ngane sa releasing sa passport sa Dapa, Siargao this March 31, 2014 . Pwede sa Butuan office nalang namu kwaon ang passport instead na sa dapa ? kay taga surigao city paman gud me ..

    Hi,i wanna ask my passport nov 18,2015 they said 7days working pag express.i.pay for express 1,200 para madali..but until now wala pa no info wat so ever....nakakadismaya po kayo.sayang ung binayad ko almost 2months na passport ko sa inyo.

    ask lang po kng ready to release na ba ang passport ko.sept 8 2016 nagfile for passport.ang sched for release is sept 22 but until now wla pa.i paid for express bakit po na delay? pls rply at my number 09482388914. thanks.
