Responsibilities:

• Handles inbound customer service support calls from established customer
• Provide consistent, superior service to every customer

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in clinical setting.
• Good communication skills and call handling skills
• Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
• Can work under pressure, and can deliver set goals

• Willing to work in Quezon City.
