Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 yrs experience in customer service, preferably within a call centre environment
- Excellent communication skills English and French (oral & written)
- Solid team player comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Detail oriented
- Flexible to work various shifts
- Understanding of world geography
- Answer general travel inquiries from travelers via telephone and email
- Provide customer service to travelers prior to, during or post travel
- Actively participate in group meetings, training sessions and product knowledge workshops
- Assist travelers with online bookings and up sell travel products and services
- Maintain healthy working relationships with team members and managers
