Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-3 yrs experience in customer service, preferably within a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills English and French (oral & written)
  • Solid team player comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Proficient  in MS Office
  • Detail oriented
  • Flexible to work various shifts
  • Understanding of world geography
Main responsibilities:
  • Answer general travel inquiries from travelers via telephone and email
  • Provide customer service to travelers prior to, during or post travel
  • Actively participate in group meetings, training sessions and product knowledge workshops
  • Assist travelers with online bookings and up sell travel products and services
  • Maintain healthy working relationships with team members and managers
